Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed pharmacist is needed to provide maternity leave coverage at a family-owned independent pharmacy operating in a traditional retail setting. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists who value an independent pharmacy practice and working within a close-knit, supportive team.

Location:

• Phillips, Wisconsin

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts
• Additional day off granted during weeks with Saturday work
• Pharmacy closed on Thanksgiving Day
• Training days may be available before the assignment starts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling to ensure safe medication use
• Administer immunizations and vaccines as needed to support community health
• Oversee pharmacy workflow while collaborating with two pharmacy technicians
• Manage daily operations primarily as the solo pharmacist, maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license, eligible to practice in Wisconsin
• Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy system preferred
• Comfortable working independently with strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff
