Job Summary: Oversee daily maintenance operations in a healthcare environment. Lead staff and ensure building systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical are maintained and operating safely. Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations Oversee repairs for electrical plumbing HVAC and building systems Schedule and assign maintenance work Inspect building systems and plan maintenance activities Ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time Train and support maintenance team members Address employee issues following company policy Support facility operations and perform additional duties as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required At least 5 years maintenance experience including leadership experience Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems Strong problem solving and communication skills Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office Physical Requirements: Ability to walk facility and assess maintenance needs Ability to perform repairs as needed Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
