Job Description
What You Will Do
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events - your route, their adventure!
- Assist guests with luggage because every suitcase deserves a helping hand.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
- Keep our shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for everyone's comfort and safety.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer-focused: You know that a great attitude makes every ride better.
- Licensed and safe driver: Your valid driver's license and care on the road keep guests secure.
- Strong communicator: You handle questions and concerns like a pro, making guests feel heard.
- Physically fit: Ready to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
- Flexible schedule: Early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays? No problem - you're ready to roll!
