Client Services Associate We are seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join a growing wealth management and family office team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing high-touch service and operational support across investment, planning, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment while delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, account requests, and documentation needs. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including data collection, account setup, and expectation management. Provide personalized support to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth clients and their families. Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and business initiatives. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Qualifications 3-5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or a family office environment. Strong understanding of investment, financial planning, or estate planning concepts. Professional demeanor, integrity, and ability to work with discretion. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or portfolio management systems.
