The products you sell will help manufacturers improve their businesses locally and across the globe.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport coverage of assigned accounts and/or an assigned geographyUnderstand and achieve sales targets and sales objectivesDemonstrate products and train customers on product applicationsSell Industrial Products such as: tapes, films, adhesives, corrugated, and packaging solutions such as packaging machinery and automation solutionsUnderstand customer processes and sell value versus priceWork with vendor representatives, customer specifications, and material approvals through conducting joint salesAbility to understand customer packaging needsDevelop strong relationships and influence customers and prospectsAbility to understand customer business prioritiesUnderstand customer manufacturing processesUtilize solution-based selling skillsManage business planning and execution processTrack and measure results against business planParticipate in a one week training session at Crown's Corporate office in St. Louis, MissouriJob Requirements2+ years selling in the industrial marketCollege degree preferredFamiliarity with industrial productsStrong verbal and written presentation skillsOutstanding organizational skillsProblem solving skillsTakes active role in self developmentProven sales performer that can meet and exceed yearly sales growthStrong computer skills
