If you’re a skilled technician who thrives in commercial environments and takes pride in solving complex refrigeration and HVAC challenges, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do As a Commercial Technician, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including: Chillers VRF / VRV systems Walk-in coolers & walk-in freezers Refrigerated warehouses Low-temperature refrigeration applications Mini-split systems Packaged & split systems Reach-in coolers Ice machines Draft & beer systems Restaurant exhaust hoods You’ll work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality service to our commercial clients while maintaining safety, professionalism, and efficiency. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with refrigeration and low-temp systems EPA Certification (required) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work in commercial/industrial environments Professional attitude and strong communication skills Pay & Benefits $28-$30/hour, based on experience Full benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holidays Retirement plan options Company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment Ongoing training and career development Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen, background check and MVR Why Cool Willy/s?
