OB/GYN Physician | 525K Guaranteed | Near Des Moines Join a well-established, hospital-employed OB/GYN group located just 45 minutes from Des Moines. What We Offer You

• 525K Guaranteed Salary: Earn 525,000 with up to a 100,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage.
• Collaborative Practice: Join a 14-provider team that includes OB/GYN physicians and Family Medicine physicians practicing obstetrics.
• Flexible Schedule & Call: Choose a 4- or 4.5-day workweek with a 1:10 shared call rotation and physician autonomy to shape your patient panel and workflow.
• Robotic & OR Access: Have dedicated OR block time across four operating rooms with access to a Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system.

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
• Eligible for medical licensure in Iowa
• Committed to providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
