Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Adapt to diverse patient needs and settings, providing personalized and holistic care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. At least 5 years of progressively responsible physical therapy experience, if holding a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Foreign earned degrees evaluated as U.S. equivalent required for non‑U.S. graduates. Compensation Hourly rate: $47.00 – $55.00 per hour. Sign‑on incentive: up to $20,000.
