Commercial Flooring Estimator

$65k

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial flooring projects including carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber, ceramic, and other specified materials. work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Prepare detailed and accurate bid proposals
Track and manage bid deadlines
Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients
Assist with project handoff to operations team after award
