Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, and training patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. You work as a healer, a helper, a teammate, and a teacher, adapting to each patient's unique needs and collaborating with peers for best outcomes. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
