Assistant Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our General Contractor Client in their Southwest Water/Wastewater Division in Arizona. We are looking for someone who knows the details of our work in the field so you can get into cost management, schedule management, contract writing, procurement, quality and safety management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project planning, scheduling and coordination Safety and quality control management Accurate forecasting and management of budgets Change order management Managing critical subcontractors Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management Maintain equipment database in online management tool in conjuntion with EOG/Project Engineer. Manages vehicle risk Reviews submittal of change orders and analyzes impact on project schedules while participating in work planning of self -performed activities Review cost-coding of timesheets and invoices, reviews daily production reports and supervises forecasted final cost/revenue reporting to ensure that profitability goals are met Attend weekly owner progress meetings and support the Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience Previous construction experience or experience working for a GC preferred Ability to establish relationships and lead people #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
