We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Technician to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies are properly received, cleaned, disinfected, prepared, stored, and shipped.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, organized, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive equipment, products, and supplies and complete required receiving documentation.
• Clean, disinfect, tag, and bag durable medical equipment according to company procedures.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and ready for use.
• Properly route incoming equipment to inventory, repair, or out-of-service areas.
• Maintain required equipment cleaning and repair logs.
• Stock shelves, racks, and bins with equipment, products, and supplies.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ship equipment, products, and supplies and complete required shipping documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, neat, and organized warehouse and work area.
• Assist with inventory control and distribution.
• Follow company infection control and safety policies, as well as applicable OSHA and accreditation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with driving duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with durable medical equipment assembly or handling is preferred.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Current state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must meet applicable DOT age requirements.
• Commercial driver's license may be required depending on assigned duties.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds as required by the position.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with warehouse operations, including moving and organizing equipment and supplies.
