Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in care coordination and team collaboration Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care Qualifications Required Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) Valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care Preferred Pediatric experience Outpatient pediatric therapy experience Compensation & Benefits We offer a CompetitiveBase Plus compensation model that rewards clinicians for serving children and families while maintaining work-life balance. Total earning potential up to $87,000+ annually, depending on experience, schedule, and billable hours.
