Property Operations Assistant — Housing & Leasing

Capital City Apartment Association

Camillus House in South Florida is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily housing operations, including leasing, rent collection, inspections, and maintenance coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will coordinate unit turnover, document leasing activity, assist with notices and reports, and collaborate with facilities staff to keep tenants satisfied and our housing programs compliant. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital City Apartment Association
