We're looking for an experienced, energetic Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) who is passionate about patient care and ready to grow their career. What You'll Do

As an EFDA, you'll be an essential part of the clinical team-helping patients feel comfortable while keeping the practice running efficiently.

• Provide chairside clinical support to dentists and hygienists
• Perform expanded dental assisting duties within your training and permitted scope
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and patients for procedures
• Capture quality X-rays, panoramic images, digital scans, and 3D images as permitted
• Record medical and dental histories and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Enter treatment plans and update patient records
• Help manage patient flow to keep appointments efficient and on schedule
• Provide post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education
• Monitor lab cases and ensure materials are ready for upcoming appointments
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, safe, organized operatories
• Assist with inventory and clinical supplies as needed
• Deliver a positive, comfortable patient experience from arrival through checkout

What You Bring

• Expanded-functions dental assisting education/training applicable to the duties performed
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray/radiography qualifications as required
• Coronal polishing training preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A dependable, positive, team-first attitude
