Customer Service Administrator

Job Description: Location: Westford, Massachusetts This position involves continuous interaction with Manufacturing personnel and customers and vendors, in the receipt, review, processing and release of customer orders. The position includes computer entry, verbal and electronic communication, and manual and electronic file maintenance. Responsibilities: Set-up new customers in JobBOSS; Advise Office Manager to perform credit checks on new customers; Expedite customer orders throughout shop and through vendors; Call vendors for pick-ups and drop offs; Update customer-specific controlled documents for assemblies per distribution requirements; Track overages in Stock Room and in Excel spreadsheet; Send open order information to customers and vendors; Track customer gauges and return to customer, as requested; Send weekly machine shop capacity to customer; Upload certificates in customer portals, as required; Track and change passwords for customer sites/portals for RFQs and prints; Run production meetings; Upload scanned documents to the server; Answer phones.
