An established law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Client Support professional to play a key role in its estate and trust administration practice. This position involves managing estate administration matters, supporting clients throughout the process, and coordinating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient and accurate case handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage estate administration matters.

• Identify and gather estate assets; prepare and maintain asset inventories.

• Coordinate with legal team members to ensure timely and accurate filings.

• Track deadlines, manage workflows, and monitor case progress.

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the legal team.

• Prepare, file, and track documents through e-filing systems.

• Maintain organized files and provide accurate status updates.

• Collect consultation fees and assist with client intake.

• Review submitted documents and follow up on missing information.

• Schedule regular client status update meetings.

• Support the completion of final account documentation.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of estate administration experience.

• Paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and client service abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• North Carolina Notary certification preferred.
