Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville restaurant, Ad Hoc, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a Server. Pay range includes estimated tips. Opened in 2006 and originally intended as a temporary concept, Ad Hoc presents the American comfort food of Chef Keller's childhood in a casual dining setting. The restaurant's daily-changing four-course menu is served family-style, capturing the conviviality of home. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. The Server is responsible for managing the guest's overall dining experience by providing prompt, attentive, and hospitable table service. The server must be knowledgeable about the cuisine, techniques and ingredients utilized in menu preparation in order to guide the guest appropriately; work with a strong attention to detail and direct the activities of their support staff (food runners and bussers) to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.

Compensation: Hourly ($45.00 - $50.00)
