- 2 years of experience in dispatch, (required)
- Service Titan experience (required)
- Experience in plumbing dispatch preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a customer-first attitude
- Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus
