Graphic Design / Production Assistant

Design/Production Assistant Enterprise Technology Services (ETEK) is looking for a Design/Production Assistant to join our Creative Services group supporting the U.S. Mint. This position will support our creative team with building print and digital media. Responsibilities: Play a key role on the creative services team contributing to data management, workflow, and knowledge management efforts Create and maintain a file naming convention, file architecture, and other data management tasks Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral using Adobe Creative Suite Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications Work with a wide range of digital media and use graphic design software Operate large-format printers and digital print production equipment Qualifications: Background in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 2 - 4 years of experience in graphic design or digital media Demonstrated proficiency with SharePoint-based applications and technologies, including but not limited to, Forms, Planner, and Bookings Knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, print, and web Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong analytical skills Excellent eye for detail Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects at once, switching between them as necessary Willingness to learn skillsets not currently possessed ETEK is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) employer.
