The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire Representatives who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. As a FULL-TIME Early Career Wealth Manager for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territories. Our Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to create personalized wealth management plans for clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and economic changes to offer timely and relevant investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on financial products and services to empower them in making informed decisions.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to streamline client interactions and improve service efficiency remotely after training and licensing is complete.
- Experience in financial planning or wealth management, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding and achieving their financial goals.
- Proven track record of conducting comprehensive financial assessments and creating personalized wealth management plans.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and economic changes to provide timely investment recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients on financial products and services, empowering informed decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and resources to streamline client interactions and improve service efficiency remotely after training and licensing is complete.
