Published on : 23/04/2026 Your tasks and responsibilities In this position you will be given nice challenges: Designing buildings and furnishings - it concerns utility buildings (not dwellings). Preparation of the final draft. Preparation of the complete building application file. Drawing up the tender documents and measurement sheets. Consultation with project engineers on stability and techniques to ensure coordinated results. Are you who we are looking for? You have graduated as Master of Architecture (architect) or Master of Engineering – Architecture (engineer – architect). You have at least 8 years of experience. You have a good knowledge of the Belgian Spatial Planning regulations. You pay special attention to the wishes and vision of the client. You are communicative, sociable and interested in cooperating with other disciplines. You are interested in innovation, sustainability and strategic thinking. You have a good command of design and presentation techniques, both graphic and computer-based, for developing and communicating architectural and technical concepts. You speak/write fluent Dutch.
