Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and service timelines while maintaining quality standards and a safe, sanitary work environment.
What You Will Do
Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, cold line) and prepare menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
Complete mise en place and station setup for various meal periods.
Safely operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment.
Properly label, date, and rotate food items; maintain par levels and support efforts to manage food cost, reduce waste, and ensure efficient usage.
What You Bring
At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high‑volume or high‑quality culinary environment.
Ability to operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, stoves, ovens, mixers, food processors, slicers, steamers, flat‑top grills, and steam tables.
Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of culinary techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 70 lbs.
