Posted August 10, 2026 | Jack & Jones JJXX | Full-time Leadership & Team Support Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager Commercial Performance & Sales Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards Operations & Store Execution Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment Recruitment & Team Development Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding Help train and develop team members Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline Compliance, Loss Prevention & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy Maintain Health & Safety standards

WHO YOU ARE

1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role Strong interest in developing into a Store Manager role Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience Strong communication and coaching skills Commercially aware and eager to learn Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Passionate about fashion and retail #J-18808-Ljbffr Danbury Fair Mall
