School Occupational Therapist | Arvada, Colorado

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services in a vibrant educational environment near Arvada, CO. This position is designed for a skilled, licensed OT interested in supporting elementary, middle, or high school students through both caseload management and evaluations, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 20th, 2027.


Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based OT settings highly desirable
• Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and manage diverse caseloads
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and IEP teams
• Competency working with elementary, middle, and high school populations

Role Highlights:

• Serve students onsite, supporting educational teams at multiple school locations
• Conduct and document evaluations for students referred for occupational therapy
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as prescribed in IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
• Adapt intervention strategies to individual student needs and diverse learning environments
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and related services to foster student achievement
