Travel Advisor III

Passionate about the travel industry, the full-time remote Travel Advisor III will support customers with travel reservations, resolve complex issues, and negotiate with external providers to ensure a seamless booking experience. Key responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues through effective problem-solving and root-cause resolution Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions while maintaining high accuracy and call quality Negotiate with vendors to address issues related to loyalty points, program exceptions, and fee waivers Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of experience in the travel industry, with proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and self-booking tools Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in an online environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
