The ABA Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing authorizations, intake, conducting caregiver tours and other administrative tasks. The ABA Coordinator is also responsible for providing 1:1 implementation of ABA if/when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesWork 1:1 with patients implementing plan designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), if/when neededCollect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection softwareObtain and maintain insurance authorizations for ABA servicesEnsure timely submission of authorization requests and follow upsMaintain up to date records of authorizations and related documentationCollect and verify personal, insurance an medical informationVerify insurance coverage prior to patient or client appointmentsConduct informative and and welcoming tours for prospective clients and their familiesProvide detailed information about our ABA services and the benefits of therapyProvide customer service to caregivers and staffProvide assistance with scheduling session visits for clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)/Behavior Technician BT)Complete additional administrative tasks when neededBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
