WHAT YOU'll DO Own the product roadmap for identity resolution, graph management, and cross-platform identifier strategiesDefine requirements for identity onboarding, matching, and activation workflows based on client needs, privacy standards, and technical constraintsWork cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and client success teams to prioritize identity capabilities that unlock new revenue and improve match ratesStay ahead of industry shifts in identity—from deprecation of third-party cookies to emerging standards like Unified ID 2.0, RampID, and clean room integrationsBalance innovation in deterministic and probabilistic matching techniques against scalability, accuracy, and compliance requirementsTranslate complex identity concepts into clear product specifications and client-facing value propositionsWHO YOU ARE3+ years of product management experience in ad tech, data platforms, or identity-focused productsDeep understanding of identity resolution methodologies, graph theory, data onboarding, and privacy-compliant matching techniquesExperience shipping identity products or working with identity providers, data clean rooms, or audience platformsTrack record of executing—not just strategizing—in fast-moving, data-intensive environmentsAbility to influence without authority across technical, legal, and commercial stakeholdersHustler mentality: you get things done and know how to navigate the ambiguity of a shifting identity ecosystem$130,000 - $185,000 a yearSamba is an equal opportunity employer.
