Pizza Cook

We're a busy, modern wood fired pizza joint @ one of Arizona’s top wineries in the heart of Sonoita wine country.

Our food is simple. Based on high quality ingredients from cool folks. We work to find the best stuff, prepare it simply and share it with the people.

The Job:

• It's a job cooking... but also cleaning
• Responsible for all aspects of daily kitchen operations: you will do all the things. prep ingredients, make dough, bake bread, make pizza, make salads, plate cold dishes, wash those dishes, run food, do laundry, mop floors - all the kitchen stuff.
• Work with amazing ingredients from the best purveyors and farmers
• Work with a talented, well oiled team

The Applicant:
