Description

Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 7 years of experience with SD and OTC, mandatory minimum 3 years experience on S/4 1709. • Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and integration with OTC processes. • Proven experience in leading the configuring and customizing of SAP SD & OTC processes within SAP S/4HANA. • Solid understanding of Sales, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Logistics Execution processes and data migration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose effective solutions for business challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and exposure to other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO) is strongly preferred • 5+ years experience with the S/4 implementation is strongly preferred • Experience with other large O&G customer S/4 implementations strongly preferred

1. Configuration and Customization: Utilize your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and OTC functionalities to manage the configuration and customization of the system to meet business requirements. Address unique needs by implementing custom enhancements while adhering to best practices.

2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with SME’s and stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. Analyze business processes and propose suitable SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

3. Integration and Data Migration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP OTC processes with other SAP modules and external systems. Participate in data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and data integrity of SAP OTC processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues as needed.

5. Training and User Support: Work with the OCM team to provide end-user training to ensure a smooth transition to the SAP S/4HANA system for users coming from DCP. Offer post-go-live support to address any functional issues and optimize system usage.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP S/4HANA and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our internal SAP methodologies.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and support-related activities. Generate reports and insights to provide visibility into project progress and issue resolution.

8. Support analysis, configuration and remediations needed in OTC processes during the S/4 upgrade project
