Truss Laborer

Job Duties

We are seeking dependable and motivated Truss Laborers to join our team in Bemidji. This role involves hands-on construction support work in a production environment. Candidates should be comfortable using basic hand tools and working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

In addition to truss assembly support, there may be opportunities to cross-train in the production of modular wall units. We also offer a weekly attendnace bonus of $100.00.

Responsibilities

Use hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, and other basic tools

Follow instructions from lead staff and supervisors

Assist in the assembly of trusses and related wood components

Handle and move lumber and building materials safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Cross-train in modular wall unit production as needed

Qualifications

Ability to use basic hand tools effectively

Some knowledge of lumber or construction materials preferred

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
