Job Summary Metal fabrication shop in Norcross is hiring a Welding / Fabrication Shop Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Pay is $28-34 per hour with excellent benefits. Monday through Friday, day shift. Responsibilities Hands‑on welding and fabrication work. Lead a small crew of welders and fabricators. Assign daily work, keep jobs on schedule, and check quality. Ensure the shop stays safe, clean, and productive. Qualifications Five or more years of metal fabrication and welding experience. Strong MIG welding skills. Supervisory experience.
