Human Resources Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (50% onsite) – Tampa, FL Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead multiple HR initiatives focused on process optimization, change management, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope. Key Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience 2+ years in Product & Change Management Strong experience with HRIS and PM tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Teams) Benefits platform implementation experience (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Responsibilities Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Drive change management and user adoption Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Manage risks, issues, and quality standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
