Associate Insurance Producer

We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. This individual will be committed to the development and growth of their client base.

Accountabilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Internal/External Sales Personal lines, small commercial/farm lines
• Develop a prospect client base and market insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
• Educate customers utilizing a customer focus needs-based process
• Review existing customer accounts
• Maintain a strong and positive work ethic and total commitment to success daily
• Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments

Qualifications and Skills:

• A commitment to professional and ethical behavior
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; communication proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to use tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with customers and co-workers
• High importance placed on excellent customer service
• A self-starter, one who is highly motivated
• Analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

Experience:

• 0-2 years: Insurance Experience

License & Certifications:

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 6 months
