About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Local Box Truck Driver for an on-site, temp-to-perm opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas. The driver will operate an automatic box truck on local routes and handle touch freight while providing safe, reliable delivery service.

Pay & Schedule Details

Pay: $24 per hour
Estimated weekly gross: $1,000
Schedule: First shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work type: Local, on-site
Employment type: Temp-to-perm
Start date: August 19, 2026

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Operate an automatic box truck safely on local routes.
Load, inspect, and securely restrain cargo during transit.
Handle touch freight and lift up to 85 pounds.
Obtain signatures on shipping and receiving documents.
Complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.
Follow applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Valid driver’s license.
DOT medical card.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to safely lift up to 85 pounds.
