Pediatrician Opportunity - Springville, AL Birmingham 30m; Huntsville 82m Position Details: Schedules are flexible and open for negotiations! Four days (32 hours) per week. 8:00a-5:00p Sept- May rotating Saturdays from 8a-12p - If provider is scheduled to work a Saturday, they are given four hours off during that same week so that they are still only working their normally scheduled number of hours. This position is strictly outpatient. Children Äôs of Alabama PHIL line to take our after-hours call. - Occasionally, they will need to reach one of our providers. Therefore, this call schedule is equally rotated, one week at a time, with all providers in the clinic. For full-time providers working 8 hour day, we average around 25 patients per day Currently there is one Pediatrician and five Nurse Practitioners on staff. Each provider has their own MA, plus one float. There is an RN that assists with telephone triage and medication refills. Four receptionists. An office manager that oversees day-to-day operations of the practice. Currently do not have any scribes. Ideal Candidate: Team Player, positive attitude, provides exceptional patient care to children, organized, fun and friendly, comfortable collaborating with NP, flexible, good communicator, able to close charts within 72 hours. Doesn Äôt turn patients away. Benefits Details: Base salary: $200,000 guaranteed (for a 32-hour work week) Production bonus: activates when averaging more than 20 patients per day.
