Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Estimator to support the pursuit of large and complex HVAC and Plumbing construction projects. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids for new commercial projects across a variety of markets, including Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Healthcare, and Transportation.The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.Primary Responsibilities:Prepare project estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC and/or Plumbing projectsThorough review of project-scope documentationAttend scheduled job walks. Ask project-related questions.Complete material take-offs, collect equipment and subcontractor pricing, prepare estimatesCommunicate with external and internal project partnersHit key milestones and submission deadlines. Help win new projects.Required & Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience or interest in Construction Management or Mechanical EngineeringHVAC and/or Plumbing project estimation experience preferredFamiliarity with digital project-estimation platforms preferredQuick Pen experience preferred, but not requiredProficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools including Outlook/Word/ExcelSkills & Professional Attributes:Strong attention to detail.
