Patient Volume/Census: 12-15 Patients Per Day
Case Mix: 80% Oncology, 20% Hematology

FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: Epic
Office Equipment Available: Standard Outpatient Clinic
Specialty Backup Available: Interventional Radiology
Support Staff Available: 1 MD, 1 NP, Nursing Staff

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60-120 Days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: TBD
Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Outpatient Hematology Care
Outpatient Oncology Care
Bone Marrow Procedures Preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active New York Medical License
Board Certified
Active DEA
Board Certification Required
Hematology/Oncology Experience
Flu vaccine/declination and negative TB within one year

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate hematology and oncology patients
Manage benign and malignant conditions
Document in Epic EMR
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
Provide high-quality outpatient cancer care
