- Perform MRI procedures and acquire diagnostic-quality images according to protocol
- Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications; monitor patient safety and comfort during imaging
- Position patients and coils, select appropriate imaging sequences, and optimize image quality
- Review orders, verify patient identity, and document findings in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with radiologists and other imaging staff to ensure accurate exams and timely results
- Maintain equipment and perform routine safety checks; report any malfunctions or safety concerns Requirements
- BLS required
- ARRT or ARMRIT license; MR advanced licensure required
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- Epic experience within the past 2 years required
- Philips MRI experience highly preferred; strong candidates without Philips will be considered
- Prior travel experience preferred; teaching hospital experience required Benefits and Support
