Senior TechnicianHourly Pay Range: $36.08 - $50.00/hour Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance4/10 Work Schedule (Four 10-Hour Days)Job SummaryIn addition to performing the functions and responsibilities of the specific 145 Repair Station Technician job description at an exceptional level; the Senior Technician will act as a subject matter expert for their maintenance discipline, accepting additional responsibilities as listed below and provide training and mentoring to shop personnel.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include The Following:Perform all core duties of applicable technician requirements at an exceptional levelCoordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needsProvide communications to Engineering Department for specialized shop needsCoordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needsReport Maintenance Leads and Supervisors on project constraints and progress updatesMentor new employees in understanding shop procedures to increase their efficiency and productivityResponsible for monitoring, controlling and ordering of material usage in the designated shop.Other duties as assignedAdditional Job RequirementsRegular scheduled attendance Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling: <5%Subject to applicable laws and Air Method's policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. Ability to work independently or within a team environment. Ability to manage several projects concurrently and to work on problems of diverse scope and implement solutions.
