We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented advisor to join our team. As a New Business Advisor, you’ll turn opportunities into long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs, presenting smart insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional service. This is a sales position, with part of the income being commission based.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and follow up regularly.
• Conduct personalized, needs-based insurance reviews to educate clients on coverage options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client goals, and recommend the right products.
• Collaborate closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and agency growth.

Compensation: average of $50,000 – $80,000 per year (base + commissions and bonuses), with uncapped potential.
