Job Description: Locals accepted - same rate, if resident within 50 mile radius - In-person interview is required. Unit is requiring a left handed scanner. Weekend: Every other for coverage. Call: None. Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed. Minimum Experience: 3 years - Unit does not accept first time travelers. Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Major Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day. If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Piedmont Submission Rules: Local Candidates: Accepted at same bill rate, RN Licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission, Internal Return Rule: Perm/Per Diem/FCSS must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as a traveler, Return Travelers: If cancel or facility DNR, traveler must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying + ensure profile reflects all time worked at Piedmont Health, RTO Policy: ALL RTO MUST BE FINALIZED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION NO RTO OR SCHEDULE REQUESTS CAN BE REQUESTED POST OFFER OR ONSITE, Max RTO: 7 days per contract, Holiday RTO: Holidays (6) - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day.
