Part-Time Structured Literacy Tutor (GRANT FUNDED - IDEA GRANT)

Position Type: Tutors - BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED Date Posted: 1/28/2026 Location: District-wide Date Available: ASAP Closing Date: Open Until Filled Part Time - Up to 19.5 hours per week Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher The Structured Literacy Tutor will support the delivery of target reading instruction to students in grades 3-8 using a Structured Literacy Approach - a direct, explicit, multisensory, structured, sequential, diagnostic, and prescriptive way to teach literacy when reading, writing, and spelling do not come easily to individuals, such as those with dyslexia. Experience Implement the principles of a structured literacy approach based on the science of reading. Structured Literacy (OG, Wilson, C-SLDS) Develop lesson plans in alignment with the structured literacy approach. Analyze student performance data and report on student progress. Keep detailed data and progress monitoring for IEP goals and objectives.
