Sam's Club #6444 2450 Main St, Evanston, IL 60202-1548 Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, manage seasonality, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, ordering, training and product quality decisions. Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and provide member service by identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, handling payments, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Act as a brand advocate, inspire teammates, and assist in training to foster a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work style. Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics; implement linked action plans and use the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to feedback and change. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $18.50 – $26.50 (actual rate may be higher) Performance‑based bonuses and premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
