What Will You Do? In this community‑based program, the RN OBRA Evaluator is responsible for performing in‑person assessments for individuals who may have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and/or developmental disability and may require placement within a long‑term care facility. An assessment is completed to determine the level of care, as well as to make recommendations for both nursing and mental health services.
