Overview Brand New Pulmonology/Critical Care opportunity on the East Coast of Florida. Join three other pulmonologists in a group of 130 physicians. Work Hours & Schedule 5 days per week (Monday‑Friday). 7am‑6pm shifts. Facilities & Clinical Setting A 540‑bed LevelII trauma center with a broad range of services, including state‑certified laboratory, cardiology testing, nuclear medicine, CT, PET, PET‑CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, DEXA, IV therapy, radiation therapy, and a blood bank. Optional participation in other community hospitals. Compensation Base salary + productivity‑based bonus (paid quarterly). First two years include bonus, then partnership. Sign‑on bonus available. Profit sharing. Professional dues coverage (advanced). Malpractice insurance coverage ($500K / $1.5M). Benefits Health insurance. Retirement plan (eligible after 1year). Paid vacation – 4 weeks. CME time provided. Life insurance – $200K. Dental coverage. Relocation allowance – up to $10K. Paid interview expenses.
