Veterinarian Position

Perinton Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our team in Rochester, NY. Sign on bonus offered! Join a high-performing, AAHA-accredited hospital known for delivering exceptional patient care! This practice offers a robust surgical caseload, including complex orthopedic and soft tissue procedures - making it an excellent opportunity for mentorship or for a DVM looking to grow their surgical skillset. You'll be supported by a highly trained technical team experienced in advanced anesthesia protocols, including nerve blocks, ventilator support, and CPR, with many team members also Fear Free certified!

Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities - plus, no negative accrual. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $130,000 - $150,000/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Your Experience & Skills:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
