Retail application and domain knowledge especially with 4690 retail systems. Strong interpersonal and communication (oral, listening and writing) skills are required. Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks at any one time. Deep knowledge of and experience with problem determination and resolution through research and fact-finding. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to meet the service level agreements. Ability to work independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of CBasic development experience. Deep understanding of various payment terminal domains and development environment. Proficiency in CBasic.
