Industrial Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background . If you're the person others call when electrical systems go down-and you take pride in diagnosing, fixing, and optimizing complex equipment-this is your role.

In this position, your electrical expertise won't just be valued-it will be essential to keeping our operation running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair electrical systems, controls, and industrial equipment with speed and precision
Troubleshoot motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, and facility electrical systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to identify issues and solutions
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to reduce downtime
Repair and replace wiring, components, and control devices to restore full functionality
Support installation, modification, and upgrades of electrical systems and equipment
Partner with production to quickly resolve issues and minimize disruptions
Maintain detailed service records, including electrical repairs and system performance
Ensure all work meets safety codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

What Sets You Apart

Strong background in industrial electrical systems (required)
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting control systems, motors, and PLCs
Ability to confidently work with high and low voltage systems
Deep understanding of schematics, circuits, and electrical diagnostics
Proven ability to quickly identify root causes and implement lasting fixes
Mechanical skills to support full equipment maintenance (bonus)

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical focus
Prior hands-on electrical work required
Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred
