This position involves both front and back office duties, including patient registration, patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, copay/balance collection, patient triage, assisting medical professionals in an office setting, running patients during clinic hours, and performing insurance verification and prior authorizations. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care while fostering a collaborative team environment.Registering and scheduling patients efficiently and accuratelyCollecting patient copays and outstanding balancesTriaging patients and ensuring they receive timely careAssisting with prior authorizations for any medical procedures, imaging, or prescriptionsCollaborating effectively with medical staff and fellow team membersMaintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracyCoordinating patient flow during clinic hours, optimizing efficiencyUpholding high standards of customer service and patient careUpkeep exam room maintenance by stocking and cleaning roomsCollect patient history and work with enhancing direct patient careFollow written and oral instructionsAll other duties as assignedRequirementsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GEDA minimum of one year experience, preferably in a medical office setting.Min USD $18.66/Hr.Max USD $30.79/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
